• The booking form and WhatsApp links let you send us an appointment request. A request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it with you directly.
• All appointments are subject to availability and our confirmation.
• Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly let us know in advance.

3. Pricing

Prices shown on the Site are indicative starting prices and may vary based on hair length, service complexity, products used and other factors. Final pricing is confirmed at the salon before your service. We may update prices at any time without notice.

4. Academy courses & enrolment

• Course details, fees, schedules and certification requirements are confirmed directly with our academy team at the time of enrolment.
• Certification is awarded upon successful completion of a course's requirements.
• Any career or job-placement support we mention is provided on a best-effort basis and is not a guarantee of employment.

5. Results disclaimer

Beauty and salon results vary from person to person and depend on individual factors such as skin and hair type. Images on the Site are for illustration and inspiration. For treatments involving skin or products, please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities beforehand.
